A part of my iphone screen doesnt work

I realized that my screen didn't work when I used the note for drawing. It seemed like an invisible straight line that accounted for 1/8 of the screen block on my touchscreen. I can draw full of screen on the right but the left. And one thing that made me think my screen having problem was that I couldnt use key Q and 1 which was in the range of invisble straight line. Please help D:

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Thank you for the screenshot.

A. Charge your iPhone:

Looking on the top-right corner of your screen --the battery is way down there. So, charge it (I don't think that would make all the difference, however).

B. Clear the Caches:

Clear "Other"/"System Data": Clear the storage named "Other" or "System Data". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use. So, clearing other may be the way to go about this, as settings may need to be cleared, in a way. All would be performed through use of a computer.
