Making in app purchases on Toca Boca

I’m trying to buy an in app extra for toca world for my daughter on her iPad.

I click on the buy link and it asks for a day of birth. If I put my daughters in, nothing happens, so I put mine in.

it goes to a screen saying please wait, and then nothing. Not even a cancel option, we have to close the whole app.

do Toca Boca even want my money? I’ve got no problem spending £1, but I do have a problem spending an hour trying to spend that £1.

any ideas anyone?

Daughter can't buy app-related (specs) through Apple-ID Family Mother and daughter have established family connection through Apple-ID. Daughter have downloaded "Toca Life World" and wants to buy an expansion pack for the app. The family connection is set up so the mother has to approve the purchase before the transaction goes through. But daughter has to enter year of birth in the app and even though it's the same as the registered year of birth for the Apple-ID it doesn't work. The daughter is 11 years old, but the age limit for the app is 4 years old. When mothers try to purchase the same expansion pack on her own phone she uses the registered year of birth for the Apple-ID and it works. Does anynone know what we are doing wrong?

unable to join family for 70 days I was removed twice from my Family Sharing group because the organizer had to update the payment card. Now the payment method has been fixed and payments are working correctly, but I received a 70-day block from rejoining Family Sharing. This was not due to any misuse, just a payment method update. Is there any way to contact Apple Support to lift this restriction earlier, or has anyone experienced the same issue and found a solution? Thank you in advance.

Amazon kids+ no longer available on ios I’m upset that I purchased an ipad for my daughter so she can stop using my phone. I love the educational games on Amazon kids + app which I have on my iPhone . As of October 31, 2024 this app is no longer available on iphone or ipad. Is there anyway for me to get the app off of my phone and onto her iPad. I already reached out to Amazon and there is no way to access it from the iPad not even via their luna cloud service. Per amazon this decision was made by apple to remove this great educational app. Why?
