Touch ID doesn't work well.

Hello

Touch ID doesn't work well. When unlocking, it may accidentally lock again. It does not always work when locked. This is NOT a hardware issue (it's a newer MacBook and it's also on another MacBook);

Is this possible to do something with it ?

I've already have written to Apple Feedback but I don't know if they will do something

If you have Hot Corners enabled to either Lock the screen or start the screen saver, then perhaps the mouse pointer is in the corner to trigger the computer to lock again. Happens to me all the time.

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.

It is not always possible to use the TouchID to unlock the Mac. In those cases, you will see a notice below the password box saying that a password is required.

FYI, Apple does not respond back to the user regarding product feedback. If you want Apple to assist you, then you need to open a support case with Apple online by clicking the Support link, or by visiting an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
