Unable to setup my Old iPhone as it says "iPhone belongs to Meta Platforms Inc".

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 15 pro. I have had iPhone 11 Pro since it was released. I wanted to give it to my father. He put in his SIM card and proceeded to setup. However a screen saying that this phone is owned by Meta platforms inc and wants to provide a username & password.

I can’t get past this screen to do anything at all.

I understand remote managements is a security feature. I have never had this problem with any previous iPhone.

I originally got this phone from Vodafone Ireland when it was released. After the 24 month contract was expired, I got the phone network unlocked and now use GoMo Ireland.

i can’t understand how this phone that I have used for years now says it belongs to Meta Platforms Inc,

any help or advice would be appreciated
