Have you tried a forced restart?
To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Any chance you can visit an Authorised Apple Service Provider in your country?
If not, you will have to bring it back to the country of purchase, since Apple does not ship internationally and the warranty for an Apple Watch is in most cases restricted to the country of purchase by Apple.

That’s what I do every time, but the main issue it turn off itself. is it a watchOS or hardware issue?
