I have deleted all my photos and yet it still says I'm using 74.86 GB of storage space. What gives? I tried deleting them off my icloud but there's nothing there either. What is going on?

You didn't say, so I need to ask-- did you check Recently Deleted in iCloud and on your Phone?
Yes, I also figured it out. Apparently it was a glitch from a prior update that filled in with the new one, once I updated it dropped about 58 GB. Thank you for your response though

How come there is still so much data being used for photos on my phone despite deleting all of them?
