Can't delete old software

I thought I'd deleted a "coupon printing software" from P&G...Coupond. It didn't show up on my computer. I just purchased & transferred all my programs/docs/etc onto my new MacBook Pro. The coupon "software" showed up & I can't get rid of it.

It's location... System Settings/General/LoginItems/Allow in Background

It's listed as... coupond Item from unidentified developer.

I tried the uninstall which is listed in the coupon folder...but evidently it's too old...it says the "coupon printing software needs to be updated." There are no options available to update this software.

What can I do? When I deleted...by pulling it to my trash on my old computer...when the uninstall didn't work...that obviously didn't work.

Any suggestions?
