Are iPads and iPhones dual voltage capable?

It is understood that all charging cubes from Apple are dual voltage 110/240 V but what if I use just a cord that plugs into a USB at an airport? (Safety/security issues aside this typical arrangement where an adapter provides a USB connection that goes right to the iPhone or iPad, as in a private residence ). Are the iPad and/or iPhone also dual voltage capable?

The devices themselves receive regulated DC power from the power adaptor.

They never “see” the utility voltage.

Presumably, any quality USB adaptor will provide the proper, regulated DC voltage(s).
