My friend has an iPhone, but for some reason, when we text each other, the bubbles are green (as the usually are when texting an Android phone). But for the past few days, when I send her a message, the bubble is blue, says it was delivered but wasn’t. None of my messages to her are going through. What’s going on?

If, when you usually text your friend, the bubbles are green, that could mean that she doesn't have iMessage enabled (not all iPhone users do). It sounds as if she may have enabled iMessage on another device, such as an iPad or Mac and the whole system is getting confused.
Call her and suggest that she make sure that iMessage is enabled on her phone.
