Apple maps showing my business as permanently closed.

My business moved to a new location in the same city. I have updated my address and hours but now my business is showing up Permanently closed and with the old address. Please help. The information Apple Business Connect is correct.

apple maps says business is permanently close, that is incorrect we are open Junbi matcha in Portland is open for business. i tried calling apple and they were not able to help, on business connect it says the correct hours, so i am not sure why apple maps says we are permanently closed.

Business showing as Permanently Closed on Apple Maps Our business has been marked as permanently closed on Apple Maps I have claimed the business previously on Apple Business Connect and on there it says that we are open but on Apple Maps it is saying we are closed. I have had no email or alert to notify me of that someone had reported us as closed I have reported the issue on the maps app. I am very annoyed that this change can be made without any sort of notification or allowing me to deny the change as I am listed as business owner on the Apple Business Connect Can anyone help me to get this changed back ASAP and also stop this from happening in the future.
