How to check for virus my iPhone

My iPhone saying there is not enough storage but i deleted all apps half photos is it looks like a virus?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16

There are no viruses that affect iPhones unless you jailbreak them. Things go wrong with iPhone. The cause is usually something much more mundane.


Go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage. What does it say is taking up all the space? Have you followed any recommendations that appear on that screen?

Also, deleting photos doesn't free up space for 30 days unless you go to the "Recently Deleted Folder" and delete them permanently.

As there are no viruses that can infect an iPhone, you don’t have a virus on your iPhone. And, for the same reason it doesn’t have a virus, a virus scanner cannot do anything useful because it would have to act like a virus to see content that it didn’t own.


If there isn’t enough storage that is a serious problem that you have to address by removing content, and cleaning out “recently deleted” folders, then restarting your iPhone.
