Beats Fit Pro Not detecting Right Earbud

I just got them today, right out of the box the right earbud was not working. it detects it is charging in the case, but once I take them out my phone doesn't detect them anymore. this means I can't hear anything out of them at all. I have firmware up to date, I have already reset them multiple times, any other solution?

Has anyone found a solution to the Beat Fit Pro left ear piece not working? Beats Fit Pro: I have been trying to figure out why only one of the ear bud (right side) connects and works well, however the left ear buds does not. Try every suggestion on the internet, from YT to even the Beats website and no solution found. I had factory reset, un-installed the app to clearing caches no solution. Any other suggestions or trick fix this issue greatly appreciated. I'm so disappointed as this was a holiday gift and my excitement went out the window. Thank you!

Beats fit pro - only the right one works??? I purchased 2 pair of Beats fit pro and both sets only the right ear bud has sound. Why would only one beats fit pro work? I have reset them both and turned off my iphone as well.

beats fit pro earbuds won’t connect to case I just received a new left earbud today because my previous one was damaged, when I tried to pair it with my case, the lights would always blink red no matter how long I held down the button for. Right now only one earbud works, when I place the paired earbud in, the case led remains solid white and I can pair it to new devices. But if I place both of the earbuds in, the case led pulses red and won’t allow new connections. I already charged them to max and I’m all out of ideas. Anything else I can do?
