Airpods Pro 1st Generation Charging Case Not Charging - Need Replacement

The Airpods Pro (1st Generation) took a fall and stopped charging with cable. They were charging with a wireless charger, but once they got dead, they have never powered on. Is it possible to get a replacement charging case?

one airpod not charging intermittently I bought new airpods in July. Lost one in on Jan. 3, replaced it at Apple Store late Jan. Now, one airpod intermittenly will not charge. Mostly the left one, sometimes the right one. Sometimes both will be charged fine, and other times one will be dead or at 2%. The case is always 80% or higher. The airpods are clean, the stems are clean, the case is clean, including where the charging contacts are. Thoughts?

Airpods pro wont charge Airpods pro 1st generation wont charge and are now dead. How can I check if the case has gone bad

It would probably be best to take your AirPods into the nearest apple store. They can fix the charging case or just have a new one altogether for you.
