Ghost touch from water damage...Helpp

Yesterday I managed to drop my phone (iPhone 13) in the toilet and I didn't realize it was in there. When I realized my phone was missing I used the Find My iPhone app and started playing noises from my phone. I was walking around my house listening for the sound when I heard it coming from the bathroom. I was looking everywhere in there and then I realized the sound was kind of muffled. I immediately open up the toilet to see it sitting in the bottom of the bowl. It had to have been in there for a least 20 minutes. I powered it off and dried it off externally. It has been at least 14 hours since then and I tried to power it on which probably wasn't a good idea but I was impatient. My phone has been powering itself on and off periodically and it clicks on things itself. I've tried to reset my phone multiple times and reset the settings but the issue persists. I don't know what to do from here. Do you guys have any tips?
