How to allow children to sign in to apps using their own AppleID

I have a family setup with my kids and partner. This works well, they all have their own Apple ID, use their own devices. In iCloud+ we share drive, apps and such.

now my child wants to use an app -which I have approved for her to download- that requires her log sign in using her Apple ID. But she can’t, as she gets a message that her Apple ID does not allow her to sign in. There’s no setting to change this. So how can she sign into the app?

This app doesn't set any restrictions, it's listed as 4+. My kids are older. So this restriction comes from AppleID, not the app.

As I've said in my initial post, Ive set up the family sharing , have even family member's iCloud account in my family group. So I know how to manage that. That is not the issue at hand here.

Well no, there's no setting to allow for my child's AppleID to be used to sign in to specific apps, or even apps in general. In the app(s) she wants to use, they require signing in with AppleID or Google. There's no way to create your own account -it's also an app that doesn't collect any data (according to the AppStore).

The problem is that the signing process with her AppleID is blocked, because of an error message that her AppleID isn't allowed to sign in. And that's a setting I can't control -which is odd, as I am her parent in the Family Group.
