How to transfer shared library photos from MacBook Air to new iPad Pro?
Multiple answers on web but do not include Macbook Air to ipad Pro?

Shared how? via iCloud?
Just log into both devices using the same AppleID/iCloud account.
By default the photos app will sync via iCloud and the photos should just automagically appear on the new iPad.
If they don't, check the iPad's Settings -> iCloud -> Photos and make sure synching is turned on.
