Hi,

Do you mean the Canon TS3300 series? If so, Canon TS3320 and other TS33xx models are listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support.

Make sure that the printer and the iPad are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).

Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If necessary, try a full power cycle sequence (including the router): Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPad, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPhone and all other devices/computers.
