My Face ID work to open phone and for all applications. It stopped working after double click when I want to use Apple Pay with my card. Everything is is turned on in the Settings. Do you have any suggestions please. Thank you.

Does Face ID work in general, for example, can you unlock your Lock Screen, using Face ID?
Did you try to use the passcode instead? That way you could rule out an issue with the NFC chip.

Thank you for your response. Yes, Face ID works general for all apps. Open/lock phone. It just doesn’t work when i want to pay by Apple Pay. I activate my card in Apple Pay by double click. Then Face ID doesn’t work and I cannot pay with my phone.
