Dual monitors - iMac 2024

Long explanation sorry, I just bought a iMac with Apple M3 chip, paid the extra to have 4 ports, 2 are thunderbolt. Can someone help me with setting up 2 external monitors, both monitors are the same Samsung C27F390 monitor, both are plugged into 2 separate hubs, when I plug one of the hubs into the first thunderbolt port the monitor is detected, pull that hub out and plug the next hub into the other thunderbolt port it detects the monitor. BUT when I plug both hubs in together it will only detect one of the monitors. Is there a way to run the 2 monitors?

That iMac only supports one external Display.

+1 den.thed is correct, your 24" iMac only supports 1 external display. I would recommend calling OWC (815) 338-8685 and see if they offer a device that can help you solve this problem. OWC specializes in Macs, is a very trusted vendor and tests everything they sell very thoroughly.
