Remote Management Error on an iPad sent from Sweden

hi apple,my aunt send me a iphone from sweden. this ipad is in now Bangladesh few days ago i turned it on. after charging it showing remote managment problem. so i called him to know this. that he also dont nothing about this.please help me

It does not work. My uncle has a big iphone store in france.so i asked him about this he told thats is a big problem. I had not too much proof beacuse it was send from sweden. So i didn't know too much about this.please help me.my device is A1893 6th genaration

You will need to contact Sigtuna Kommun office so they can remove the iPad from their Management platform.

Its a Swedish municipality and the iPad was used by them and part of their Management platform.

If you can't or they won't remove it then you won't be able to use the iPad. Apple cannot remove a device from a management platform.

I don’t know what Sigtuna Kommun is. Certainly some agency, perhaps a school or employer, has supervised and managed this iPad. Perhaps Sigtuna Kommun is the name of this agency.

Regardless, that supervising agency must release the iPad or it will remain useless forever.
