How do I prevent remote access and password changes on my iPhone?

I’ve been feeling as if someone is remotely accessing my phone it gets crazy hot if I’m reading something it will jump out of page back to home my passwords are changed or I keep having to log into music apps my Spotify soon as I connect to my cars Bluetooth it gets put on low data I check phone and data is not on any low data mode my music sometimes sounds really great and then sounds like there’s no bass something is missing I’m constantly getting errors like it’s unavailable try again later my settings also get changed in screen time the share with devices gets turned on and my passcode. For screen time does work this been going on for a year and 5 phones no one from Apple helps my calls get stactic or they can’t hear me my Apple car play keeps to where phone and message app won’t show so I have to keep resetting my cars infotainment and phone there’s things I see like flickering

Report any Texts and eMails:

You can report phone call and message info to Apple and others (such as the FTC and the Internet Crime Compliant Center). Use my User Tip: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Secure your Info:

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

B. Modify your Credentials:

Having received this, someone may have your credentials. So, by all means, consider modifying them...

Apple and Security Companies:

Apple is their own entity and, other than software they may sell, I’m not so certain they would be affiliated with such a company.

So, two things here:

A. Scan your Mac with Malwarebytes for Mac:

Malwarebytes searches for malware(short for (malicious software) and spyware. Those make your Mac act in a mislead manor. So scan with it, and remove what is found from the quarantine. It is created by longtime users of these forums making it the only reliable Security Software for a Mac.

Downloads:

  1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac
  2. Malwarebytes Uninstaller

and…

B. Create a Recovery Key for Each Account:

So, if you ever gat back into these accounts, see if creating a Recovery Key is an option for you. I’ve been through this myself, and the Recovery Key is what saved me. As an example, here is what Apple Provides: Set up a Recovery Key for your Apple Account - Apple Support

Back Up, then Factory Reset:

With all of this occurring, it may just be best to reset your iPhone to Factory Settings. You'd backup your iPhone to iCloud or a computer prior to doing so. Also, export items, so that they are not lost (i.e. Photos, Music, and.Contacts).
