How to tell if someone has Blocked you on Message App?

so im not quite sure if the person i texted has blocked me or there internet is not working or there phone died. i texted my friend a message about 5 minutes after she did & it doesnt say delivered , read , or not delivered its just there am i blocked ?

There will be no indication if you have been blocked. It will not show Read unless they have Read Receipts turned on and there are other reasons why it may not show Delivered. They may be out of network range or even have their phone turned off. Also there are times when the iMessage network simply quits broadcasting the Delivered message.
