how can I undo a purchase

Accidentally made a movie purchase, instead of renting it. I don't want to purchase the movie.

This in-app purchase has already been bought it will be restored for free…but it wasn’t. Rented a movie but it won’t play Hi, I rented a movie and my payment went through, but when I try to play it, it says “You did not buy this item. You can not re-download this”. I have rented it before, but like a year ago. I can’t re-rent it?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
