iPhone 13 display green flickering issue

I m facing the green flickering display issue.No physical or liquid damage.Diagnosis report shows test hence found iPhone have intermittent green flickering issue.(unable to run diagnostics ) hence serial number shows that device is out of warranty hence display exchange price will be applicable 27000/-

They don’t even have the answer to why it happened and they are telling me to pay 27k for the display and the warranty is just 90 days plus there’s no assurance it won’t happen again!!!

And the service center asks you to speak to Apple support and the apple support asks you to speak to the service center for the solution !! They are just putting the customers through so much of trouble which is really bad!!!

Why do I have to bear the cost without any fault??
