my iphone generating issue that i don't understand

my iPhone just started generating issues after it fell, when I make a call I can't hear the person, and the person cant as well hear me, the external buttons stop working, and the touch light as well, please could this be a bug issue

phone randomly cuts out during a call During a call, I hear an internal click on my phone, like an electronic type of sound/click and my call cuts out as if the call has dropped, completely silent. Then after about 5 seconds, comes back as if nothing happened. It is not the same as when you are in a poor service coverage area. It sounds like a switch being turned off and on. Green phone Icon in iphone 13 when I touch it blinks a black screen. When someone calls me and i try to access the speaker page I can't. I touch the green icon and it blinks a black page and goes right back to the home screen with the green icon at the top left. I try this every time I receive a call because 1. I am hard of hearing and 2. I am very very hard of hearing. Please help. I have tried turning my phone off and back on rebooting. ect

iPhone pro 14 I can hear it ringing but no talking after I answer I restart phone and sound will be back but then next call it is gone again. People on the other end can hear me but my phone is totally quiet. I do not have mute on..
