iPhone 11 pro camera shaking

On my iPhone 11 Pro, the camera shakes between zoom x2 up to zoom x6 and the result is a very blurry, poor quality image. There is also a sound that comes from the back of the phone (on the camera part) when the camera app is open. This began when I did the update to iOS 17. I'm not sure if this is a software issue or a hardware issue, and if so, how to fix it.

I had the same problem it was fixed for $123 the stabilizer? I think the repair place called it. Only took a day to get it done.
