I am not able to find or download FaceTime on my new iPhone 15 Max
I just received a new IPhone 15 Max but no FaceTime icon and can’t download it either

FaceTime is built in, and does not need to be downloaded normally.
You can download it from the App Store if for whatever reason it was deleted.

What happens when you try to download it exactly?
Also, depending on where in the world this iPhone was purchased, it may have FaceTime disabled.
What is the model number in Settings ➜ General ➜ About ➜ Model (The longer one that does not start with an A, you may need to tap the visible number once to see the other one).
