How to set up an Apple ID on my iPad?

I have a new i Pad.

unfortunately I put the wrong password into apple id setting it up.

now their is a time delay on re setting it up. its been 2 days now and still not letting me.

I have turned off the delay slide to no longer have the delay.

how long before it will accept starting up again with the correct password?

Apple ID cannot be verified I am trying to reset my old iPad mini to factory settings. I forgot Apple ID password. When I try to reset it it tells be that the Apple ID is not valid. What do I do. I’m stuck.

No place to enter Apple id after factory reset. I backed up my Ipad, then did a reset, followed by Restore Backup. Now, I go through a few screens and get to the screen telling me to enter the password for my Apple ID, but the continue button is grayed out and the Use Another Device To Sign In link does nothing. Where do I enter my ID password?
