IOS 17.5.1 iPhone 13: When on a call to companies with menus requiring touch tone button responses, the menu system doesn't respond to the key presses.
One thing I learned was that quick key presses may not work but long presses (held until the tone stops) were sometimes necessary - so I continue this practice. It doesn't help in some cases.
