Logic Pro 11 freezes after download of instruments

I purchased an Apple Studio so that I could run Logic 11.

I used the Apple migration feature from my Mac-Mini intel. ( 2018) to the new Mac Studio.

all good so far, so I launched Logic Pro on the studio and had problems with some of the plugins, which I resolved.

I test by loading a current project and all was fine.

Then noticed that more content could be downloaded so I started it off (took around 3 hours to download) and further time to install.

Re-booted and launched Logic and now all I get is the beach ball and the message ‘Logic Not Responding’

have contacted support and the follow action taken.

remove all plugins (still the same)

delete logic and re- install (still the same)

created new test user (Admin)

Installed Logic (Basic version and all working.

Re-installed additional content

Re-booted

still logic freezes with beach ball spinning and not responding

Support to contact me on Monday, but any help would be so appreciated. Gary

What a super hero you are! Reinstalled and left for 4 hours and ‘boom’ it all fired up. The only problem I had was the Apple support had moved all my plugins? So I copied them all back and it just hung on validation. Found the naughty plugins, removed them completely and it now fires up and runs perfectly. I really can’t thank you enough, gonna dive in and see what’s new. Gary
