How to turn off "Notifications Silenced"

I have my phone is Silence mode until 7 am, and I want to keep it that way. However, I often am texting before than. I don't want "So-and-so has notifications silenced" to appear when I'm texting before 7 am. I don't want to have to turn off my Silenced mode. Is there a way to have this notification appear. I have an iPhone 15 ands my MacBook Air to text.
