Why does my AppleTV say there's no internet connection when there is?

I cannot connect my AppleTV with apps not working. It’s says no internet connection but I do have WiFi/internet and it is working but not synced with Apple TV

anyone out there with support in the simplistic terms on how to fix? Would immensely appreciate this because my hubby is driving me craaaazy 😂
