I can’t get Into cash app. It’s saying I need a newer version. What can I do?

Banking apps are not compatible with my iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8.3 I am using IPhone 7plus and that supports 15.8.3 ios version but using PhonePe and googlepay I need at least 16 ios version but I can’t update my iPhone that’s why I can’t using banking application [Re-Titled by Moderator]
