iPad Pro m4 to TV with USB c to hdmi cable no volume control
I can get the picture and the audio but the audio is very loud and cannot be controlled by the iPad Pro or the TV, it’s simply not adjustable. Anyone run into this?

When using HDMI, the audio volume from the source device (in this case your iPad) is fixed; volume control is achieved using controls available on the connected monitor, TV or audio device.
As described, your issue is with your TV not being able to control the audio volume from the HDMI source.
