Markup in iOS Photos issue (I cannot easily move an arrow around to place it where I want on a photo)

Does anyone have a suggestion for moving an arrow around? When adding an arrow shape using markup in iOS Photos my issues are: Once an arrow is created, moving said arrow is difficult. The arrow will bend, the arrow will get longer (or shorter), but the **** thing will not move (that being said, you might draw some lines all over your picture whilst you are attempting to get the arrow to move). My suggestion was to add a dedicated grab handle to the shape so that you can the hold and drag. Issue number 2 is that when trying to add an arrow to a specific point in the photo, and I am pinched and zoomed in, I go to add the shape, the shape appears in the middle of the photo somewhere and not where I am zoomed in at and trying to place the arrow. I then have to zoom out, find the arrow, move it etc. (see issue #1). I suggested a fix to Apple, I am certain they are working on this and will fix it very soon.
