I bought 15 pro max on 11 feb . After 140 cycles my battery health dropped to 99%. At 144 cycles it again dropped to 98. Then after some days , again dropped to 97 and today (14th july) it dropped to 96% at 163 cycles. I wanted to ask is it normal??

Your battery is doing much better than normal.
Normally, the battery health will drop about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.
Your phone is at 163 cycles, so 163 divided by 25 = 6.52%.
So, it would be normal to expect your battery to be in the 93-94% range at this time. You report that it at 96%.......better than average for sure.
Lucky you. I wish that my battery was doing as well as yours.
