I have entered wrong screen time passcode, I can change/off the passcode

I have entered wrong screen time passcode, it is not allowing to change or off the screen time after 10 failed attempts

i was using the same Apple ID for my phones, I can change/off the passcode, but for other it is not allowing if I try to change the Apple ID-password also

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18
