no voice navigation after first instruction

iPhone 12 Pro Max, 17.5.1, when navigating with Apple Maps, google maps or mapy, I get the first vocal instruction then nothing, the visual is fine, I turn off any reference to Bluetooth so it should use the phone speaker, anyone any idea?
