AT&T security breach - actions steps for safety

Your texts and emails have not been compromised, at least by AT&T. The breach is of your calls and texts only, and not the contents; only who you texted with or had a phone conversation with, and only the phone numbers involved. It’s still pretty bad, but also it’s nothing you can do anything about except watch for an increase in spam calls and texts. If you were affected you will get a message or letter from AT&T with suggestions for protecting yourself.
