In addition to installing the MyChart app on your watch in the Watch app on your iPhone, you have to authorize the watch in the MyChart app on your phone.
- Open MyChart app on your iPhone
- Click the upper right
- Choose Account Settings
- Scroll down & turn on Link to my Apple Watch
