Can’t connect to MyChart app on my Apple Watch

In addition to installing the MyChart app on your watch in the Watch app on your iPhone, you have to authorize the watch in the MyChart app on your phone.


  1. Open MyChart app on your iPhone
  2. Click the upper right
  3. Choose Account Settings
  4. Scroll down & turn on Link to my Apple Watch
