A circle with an exclamation mark is displayed at startup the firmware needs to be regenerated.

The MacBook Pro 2023 on the M2 chip turns off by itself, then tries to turn on itself, but an error appears and leads to the site При запуске компьютера Mac отображается кружок с восклицательным знаком - Служба поддержки Apple (RU) -09292020?cid=mc-ols-mac-article_ht211868-macos_ui-09292020 "A circle with an exclamation mark is displayed at startup" the firmware needs to be regenerated.

After 10 minutes a window popped up and I restored the backup.

All this happened yesterday.

But today it happened again. What should I do? What to do?

The " circle with an exclamation mark is displayed at startup" indicates the Opening System can not be accessed, has been corrupted or outright removed.

How this happened on a MacBook Pro 2023 with the M2 Apple Silicon computer only the user could explain

Judging from the " firmware needs to be regenerated. "

It would seem this Apple Support Document would apply in attempting to either Revive or Restore this computer

Suggest reading ALL the information before attempting this, as a Second and Specific type of computer and cables are Required

Are you performing just the Revive or did you try the Restore? If you have already tried the DFU firmware Restore option (seems like you did since you restored from a backup), then most likely you have a hardware issue with the laptop.

How to revive or restore Mac firmware - Apple Support

If you have to do this more than once, then it likely indicates a hardware issue with the laptop & its Logic Board which will most likely need to be repaired.

You could try disconnecting all external devices from the laptop to see if that makes any difference after you perform another Revive/Restore. I doubt this will make any difference, but it never hurts to try.

By the way your English is fine.
