When I try to set up my new Apple Watch, it signs me into my mom's Apple ID

I got a phone a couple of years ago. For some reason, my mom and I's account got joined together. She got my texts/calls. We got it fixed by removing my phone number from her phone. Now, when I try to set up my new Apple Watch, it signs me into my mom's account! If you have any advice that would be very helpful.

P.S. I have already tried signing out and signing back in. Her account does not show up on my Apple ID underneath phone numbers and emails.

Did you own an Apple Watch before and you used the existing Apple Watch backup to set up your new Apple Watch?

If so, try to set it up as a new Apple Watch instead.

Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

And make sure that your iPhone has your Apple ID on it.

You can check that in Settings/Your Name/Apple ID.

If your mothers Apple ID is listed under your name, you will need to set up your iPhone again with your Apple ID:
