Apple Watch SE Nike Water damage/Boot Loop

Hello, 2 days ago i had my apple watch witch me while swimming in the lake. After i got out i wiped it with towel so it won't be wet. Everything was working so i went home. A few minutes later it stopped responding to side buttons and when i touched the screen it fell off. It had a few water drops in it so I put it in the rice for around 30h and tried to charge it but it's stuck on boot loop (apple logo showing for around 5sec. then turning off for around 2sec. and again) What should i do now? Can i fix it?
