I’m trying to create a photo collage using pictures from iPhone and google photos.
I have old printed photos that I’ve scanned into google photos. I need to print and layout about 100 photos. What is the best app to use for the layout? How do I print the final product as a 20x30 poster?

I'm not sure you can do that on an iPhone. But it's easily done on a Mac with Pages.
I just created a custom print size, 20 x 30, and then started a Pages document where I could drag photos from my library into the Pages document, resize and place where I want.
Update! Did a Google search for "Collage app for iPhone" and got a number of apps that can be had from the App Store. Do the search and see what you find.
