How can I find the app for recording sleep data on my Apple Watch?

I don’t have the sleep app on my Apple Watch. How can I add it to my watch to track my sleep? I have tried to set up sleep tracker on my Apple Watch but nowhere on my watch is the sleep app. The directions say open the sleep app on your watch but it doesn’t exist. Sleep app not showing up on my Apple Watch and iPhone anymore The Sleep app (the one with the little green icon of a bed) is no longer visible in the Watch app on the phone, or on the watch itself. I can access sleep data from within the Health app on the phone. But, there is no longer direct access to the sleep app itself, which there used to be.
