Made the iphone in mainland china

I bought a iphone from someone, the iphone 14 was made into china, but i am in USA and apple store not connecting, nor after sign in into my apple id in settings not showing any differences. What i supposed to do to work apple store and other applications like whatsapp. Because it is also not working.

That’s an iPhone 14 Pro Max intended for the US market.

Please check these settings.

Confirm your region is set correctly.
