How can I watch my Apple TV library on Chromebook OS v.126?

I have browsed the forums for an answer but there hasn't been a definite answer. I use Chromebook OS v.126 and cannot access my Apple TV library. Since iTunes isn't available for ChromeOS I cannot access the purchased movies/shows in my Apple TV library. I have visited: tv.apple.com and it plays the trailers of my purchased movies but I cannot find a way to play the movie or even access my purchases. Is there another site dedicated to my movies library? I have looked into iCloud but they aren't stored there.

I can access movies via my iPhone, but it would be nice to resume movies/shows on my Chromebook.
