Since the old iPhone 13 is disabled, even if the screen were to be replaced, the current data on the phone would be lost in the process.

Hopefully, you will take a few minutes to set up automatic daily iCloud backups on the new phone. At some point, you will really need them.

If the screen is broken......as you have told us.......the phone is disabled.....because you cannot perform any functions with the phone.
