How can I retrieve data from my iPhone 7 with a broken screen?

m my screen is broken and screen keys are stuck, which has given me multiple failed attempts that my passcode so now is unavailable. I cannot read the address that I’m supposed to contact. All I can see is the beginning of the web address.. how can I retrieve my data off of the phone and put it onto a computer or a hard drive? I wanted to retrieve everything that’s on there. I don’t want to destroy my phone. I have the passcode. What do I need to do to get it working again?

You can't. If you have entered an incorrect passcode so many times that the only way in is to reset and erase the phone, any data stored only on the phone is effectively gone.

Were you synchronizing data to iCloud (e.g., using iCloud Photos), and/or making backups?

If you were synchronizing data to iCloud, you could see that data by logging into https://www.icloud.com/ . With backups, you won't see what's in them until you restore them, wiping the device to which you restore them.

I wanted to retrieve everything that’s on there.

Too late for that.

Take it to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and get an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the hardware damage. Then decide whether it's worth spending that much, or if it would make more sense to buy a new iPhone. (One that would not only be undamaged, but capable of running the current version of iOS.)

However, even if you repair the phone, you won't get any data back from the phone itself. You'll get a phone that works but that either has been wiped, or that must be wiped. Any hope of data recovery has to lie with backups, synchronized data, etc.

im sure it’s been backed up to the cloud. My gf at the time gave it to me when she upgraded. 2019 maybe. She was very into and loved her iPhones,. So I’m sure it’s been backed to the cloud. ,we shared an iCloud account for many years, but was in her name and now she is ex.
